Agreement & Liability

Client agrees that there will be no smoking without permission obtains from the driver in our vehicles. Client assures that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles. Clients are not allowed to bring any open alcoholic beverages in our vehicles. Client agrees that the passenger’s capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. Client holds the airport dispatcher’s sedan service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. Client agrees to 100% deposit charged to his/her credit card at the time reservation has been made. Sedan job client can cancel any time before pickup time with $25.00 to $40.00 processing fee based on individual situation. If not you will be charge full amount of trip. Van and mini bus client can cancel 48 hours before pickup time with $20.00 processing fee if you cancel after 48 hours, you will be billed minimum 3 hours ($45.00 per hr) of service charges. The Airport Dispatchers operated by Greenligtht Direct Enterprises Inc, cannot be held responsible for mechanical problems, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances resulting in the inability to start a job, as it is schedule time or complete a job. In the event that the requested vehicle cannot be provided. Greenligtht Direct /The Airport Dispatchers may provide a vehicle of equal.
